Stephen Davis and his research group, Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami, Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery Wound Healing laboratory, have completed the following study for REVITY. This demonstrates the positive effects of REVITY on bacteria/slough, histology, and post inflammatory markers in the wound bed. January 15, 2022  “Determination of the Debridement Effects of REVITY on Deep Dermal Wounds in a Porcine Model”

Dr. Steven Kavros, EPIEN Medical’s Chief Medical Officer, presented “Effects of a Novel Non-Biologic Desiccant to Remove Bacteria Using Deep Dermal Wounds in a Porcine Model” at the John A. Boswick, MD Burn and Wound Symposium, Maui, HI, January 23 – 27, 2022.

Dr. Raymond Abdo presented a poster, “Reducing Biofilm in the Wound Bed of Deep Dermal Wounds using a Novel Non-Biologic Topical Liquid Agent” at The Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC), Phoenix, AZ, April 7 -12, 2022.
